The maximum of rare Mourvèdre from extreme terroir plus a dose of very special Grenache noir and a drop of Syrah.
Imagine the terroir of Jurassic limestone which is the source of the saline and menthol finish of Jòia together with grenache noir, which one forgets a little, which one allows to become overripe: all this results in our new cuvée … (Trois Petits Points). A few precious bottles of 50cl which we have hoped to create for 3 years now, but which were systematically destroyed by the weather.
Ideal with chocolate, strawberries, foie gras, etc…
We hope that the success rate will be more frequent than the passage of Halley’s Comet 😉
The cuvées of Domaine du Joncas originate from a very limited yield, grapes are hand picked and vinified while respecting the terroir, without any chemical input and with the minimum of sulfite.
